To contact PacketFabric Support about an existing ticket, do either of the following:
- Include the original PacketFabric Support Ticket ID in the Subject of your email message, e.g. Request update on status of Ticket #SUP00029182
- Reply back directly from the last email received from PacketFabric Support on your case
Doing either of the above will route your request to the original case, and not generate a duplicate ticket.
An example Reply to a support email message with the Ticket ID is shown below:
This email will appear within Ticket #SUP00029182, and allow agents to respond back to you from the original ticket.
By keeping all communications within the original case, we can resolve your issue more efficiently.
