To reset your password on the PacketFabric Support Portal:
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Select Submit.
If your email address is registered for a user account you will receive an email from [email protected] with the subject Password reset link:
4. Open the message and click the link to reset your password.
5. Enter and confirm a new password for your account, then select Reset Password.
Note: If you don't receive the password reset email, please check your spam or junk mail folders, and make sure emails from [email protected] are not blocked.
